TERMS AND CONDITIONS Under Chapter I, Title 3, Part 3, of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments and additions)

1. Introduction and effectiveness of the General Conditions

These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, "General Conditions") have as their object the purchase regulation of products and services, carried out remotely and made available, via the web site www.professionalusb.com (hereinafter, the "Site") in respect of the Italian legislation referred to Legislative Decree 206 / 2005 and subsequent amendments and additions (hereinafter, "the Consumer Code").

The seller of the products and the website owner is: Unipro LTD with registered offices in Via Rizzoli, 4, 40125 Bologna (Bo), C.F / P.I. and membership in the Bologna Companies Register, VAT n02397430394 - REA: BO - 499 798 - e-mail info@unioneprofessionisti.com - PEC unipro@pec.it. Unipro s.r.l. as proprietary and unique quality holder of all rights relating to the "Professionalusb®" brand and all products associated with it and hereinafter  will be referred to simply as "Professionalusb®".

The consumer who accesses the website to make purchases (the "Customer") shall, before placing an order, carefully read these Terms and Conditions that have been made available on the Website and will be available at all times from customer through the link in the email confirmation of each order to allow  playback and storage. In the event that the person who makes purchases on the Site requires the issue of an invoice and / or at least is not a "consumer or user" as defined by art. 3, paragraph 1, lett. a) of the Consumer Code, will not apply to the discipline of withdrawal under Article. 7 and 8 of the General Conditions or, more generally, expectations that under the Consumer Code shall apply only to "consumers".

The contracts concluded with Professionalusb® through the Site are governed by these General Conditions in respect of the Italian legislation.

2. Choose and order Products

The features and the price of the various products offered on the Site (the "Product" or "Products") are shown on each product page.

For the purchase of the Products the Customer has to complete and submit the order form in electronic format, following the instructions contained in the Site. The Customer shall add the Product to the "shopping cart" and after reading the Terms and Conditions and Politics Privacy and confirmed their acceptance, have to enter shipping information and invoice preparation, select the desired payment method and confirm the order.

By placing an order on the Site, which has the value of the proposed contract, the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the instructions provided during the purchase procedure and accept these General Terms and payment transcribed.

The contract between Professionalusb® and the Customer shall be concluded with the acceptance of the order by Professionalusb®. This acceptance is communicated to the customer through an order confirmation email containing a reference to these Terms and Conditions, the order number, shipment data, the list of products ordered through their essential characteristics and the total price, including delivery costs. The customer will check the confirmation email and if it identifies errors in the order, will have 12 hours from the receipt of this email to contact Customer Service through sending an e-mail to the following address: ordini@professionalusb.com. After that time the order will be put in the works for shipment and will not be accepted changes, without prejudice to the Customer’s rights set forth in Article 7.

After receiving the order, Professionalusb® will check the stock for order fulfillment. In the event that one or more products are not available, the Professionalusb® Customer Service will send an email notification to the customer who, within the next 12 hours, will have the right to respond to confirm the dispatch of any additional item or cancel the order.

In case of failure to respond within that period, the order will be deemed to be confirmed and the products will be shipped. In this case the entire amount for the missing products will be reversed or otherwise, depending on the chosen payment method, will not be charged to the customer.

3. Product Information

The information and specifications relating to the Products are available on the web site.

The visual representation of Products on the Site, where available, usually corresponds to the photographic image with a text description. It is understood that the image of the Products has the sole purpose of presenting them for sale and may not be fully representative of its features and quality but may differ in color and size. In case of difference between the image and the written product, always prevail the description of the product.

4. Prices and shipping

Product prices are inclusive of all taxes and fees. All prices are expressed in Euro. For orders higher than € 50.00 the shipping is free. The shipping is not free if the purchase is made with vouchers or promotional codes. Expeditions in Italy: € 2.90 including the islands; Free for amounts exceeding € 50.00. The shipping charges are not freeif  the purchase is made with vouchers or promotional codes. Abroad Shipping: € 5,90 Shipping in European countries; € 9.90 Shipping to foreign countries. For shipping prices the customer is required before the purchase to send an e-mail to ordini@professionalusb.com, within 12 hours all the details regarding the shipment will be explained.

5. Payment and invoicing

5.1 Payment Methods

The Customer may pay the price of the Products and the shipping expenses by PayPal or bank transfer.

PayPal. After confirming the order, the customer will be redirected to PayPal's site where he can make his payment with his account or using a card, also prepaid, or at least a method accepted by Paypal, in compliance with the relevant conditions.

Bank transfer

The Customer shall make the payment within 3 days from date of order for orders for products and within 1 day from the date of the order. Should this not happen, the order will be canceled and the goods are made available again for purchase by other customers. The customer who has failed to make the transfer can be contacted by Customer Service in order to clarify whether the cause of the payment failure can be attributed to the will of the Client not to confirm the purchase or other causes.

5.2 Billing of orders

If the purchase is made by a professional, he will be able to request issuance of an invoice by checking the appropriate box during the order process and entering billing information including fiscal code and / or VAT. In this case the invoice will be sent via email to the address indicated. The practitioner is responsible for the correct entry of invoice data and is expressly informed that, in case of failure to request the invoice when ordering, it cannot be subsequently requested.

6. Transport and Delivery

Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchasing process into the "Shipping Information" area.

All purchases will be delivered by courier (hereinafter, "Courier") from Monday to Friday, except public holidays and national holidays. Unipro LTD is not responsible for unforeseen delays or not attributable to it.

Once the products is shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email that will include a link to reference for tracking the shipment.

In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the products ordered will be delivered within a period of 7 (seven) working days from the day following that on which Professionalusb® confirmed the order to the customer by e-mail. The said period of 7 working days is applicable for shipments to Italy and abroad in the following countries, the only exception of Norway, Iceland, Switzerland and Liechtenstein for which the 7-day period may be increased depending on the different local customs clearance delays. The service includes two delivery attempts at the address stated in the order. After the second attempt went blank, the parcel will remain free for 3 days storage at the Courier. During these three days, the Customer may contact the courier to arrange for delivery or to change the address. From the 4th day and 7 days (Saturday included), however, the package will be stored at no cost at the post office area. The customer will receive the information where to go for the withdrawal by notice paper left in the mailbox and via email. In any case, the customer has the responsibility to check with the Italian Post SDA concerning any updates or modifications of the surrender procedure described above. active or abroad Delivery Services:

Shipments abroad will take place with different carriers depending on the destination country so as to ensure the customer the best available rate.

Maximum weight of shipment abroad: 120 Kg countries where the service is available: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Monaco, UK, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary.

7. Returns

The customer has the right to terminate the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty, except in cases of exclusion provided in point IV. The customer has to send to Unipro LTD a notice within 14 days from the receipt of the products by using the downloadable form here or, if it intends to exercise the withdrawal before receiving the Products, notice of cancellation may be sent at any time before they are received.

The Professionalusb® Customer Service will, upon receipt of the communication, open a practice for the management of the return and notify the customer instructions on how to return the products, which will take place by courier indicated by Professionalusb®. The right to withdraw is governed by the following conditions: 1. The law applies to product purchased in its entirety; therefore, if the product is composed of more components or parts you cannot exercise the withdrawal on just one part of the product purchased. 2. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal Professionalusb® will refund the customer the full amount of the returned goods, including shipping charges if provided, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, subject to the right for Professionalusb® to suspend the refund until actual receipt of the goods. Refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer, unless the latter has not expressly requested a different mode. In case of transfer or cash on delivery, the Buyer shall provide to the bank on which to obtain refund (account owner, name and address of the bank and IBAN/SWIFT). III. Also in order to ensure that the services of the refund within the meaning of article 8, the Products must be returned in the same box in which they were received. 1. In addition to the cases mentioned in the Introduction (customer not consumer and / or requiring the invoice), the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases, in accordance with art. 59 Legislative Decree 21/2014: - Order of clearly personalized items; - Order of products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; - Order of sealed products that are not suitable for return due to hygienic reasons or due to health protection or that have been unsealed after delivery. Therefore, the right of withdrawal is only applicable for products purchased on the site that can be returned to Unipro s.r.l. and put back into circulation without danger to the health of consumers (such as books, gadgets, kitchen utensils, etc.). In cases of exclusion of the right of withdrawal, Professionalusb® will return to the Customer the Products purchased by charging the shipping costs.

8. Easy Returns in case of exercising the right of withdrawal

As a condition more favorable for the customer, Unipro LTD will fully cover  the shipping costs for the return of products in case of exercising the right of withdrawal.

In order to qualify for this free shipping, the Customer who wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal has to follow the steps in article 7 and wait to be contacted by Unipro LTD in order to arrange the return of the products to the carrier.

9. Warranty and Defects Compliance

In case of lack of conformity of Products sold by Professionalusb® the Customer shall immediately contact Customer Service by writing to the following e-mail:


The sale of products is subject to the legal safeguards provided by Articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code. The Customer is entitled, at its option and whether the type of product so permits, to restore, without charge, the conformity of the product by repair or replacement, or at an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract. The customer loses those rights if he doesn’t notify Unipro LTD the lack of conformity within two months from the date on which he discovered the defect, unless the product by its nature is perishable or subject to expire in a shorter period, in which case the defect must be denounced reduced by that term.

10. Errors and limitations of liability

The information relating to the Products provided through the Site are regularly updated. However, the complete absence of errors cannot be guarantee, of which Professionalusb® therefore cannot be liable, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Professionalusb® reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been sent, or change or update information at any time without prior notice, without prejudice to the rights of the Customer under these Conditions General and of the Consumer Code.

Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, it is excluded any right for the Customer to receive  a compensation, and any contract or tort liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or property, caused by lack of acceptance or fulfillment, even partial, of an order.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The sales contract between the customer and Professionalusb® is concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For the solution of disputes concerning the interpretation, performance or termination of these Terms and Conditions or individual purchase orders if the customer is a consumer within the meaning of the Code of Consumption, will be referred exclusively to the tribunal of his town of residence or domicile if located in Italian territory; in all other cases, the local jurisdiction is the only tribunal of Bologna, any other competent court ruled.


Under article 1341 of the Civil Code, the Consumer affirms to have read and specifically accepted the following articles of these General Conditions: 6 (responsibility for delays in delivery), 10 (right to correct errors - disclaimers)
